Nephrology Associates of Tidewater is an innovative medical practice specializing in the treatment of kidney disease.
We have 10 locations in Hampton Roads.

The LPN will work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
Our focus is on providing quality care to our patients and requires extensive patient follow up.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Obtains Vitals
* Accurate Medical Record Documentation
* Collaborate with physicians and the medical community
* Obtain pre authorizations & refills
* Medication reconciliations
* Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Licensed LPN
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinic setting
* Background in Nephrology, Dialysis, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Urology preferred.
* Must be reliable and be able to work independently
* Requires excellent communication skills
