*Job Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team.
The QMHP will play a critical role in providing mental health services and support to individuals in need.
This position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote emotional and psychological well-being.
The QMHP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation:
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients' emotional and psychological needs.
* Evaluate clients' mental health history, symptoms, and current functioning.
* Use standardized assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information.

Treatment Planning:
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
* Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and objectives.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Therapeutic Interventions:
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy.
* Teach coping skills, problem-solving techniques, and emotional regulation strategies.
* Offer crisis intervention and support in emergency situations.
4.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards for documentation.

Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers.
* Communicate effectively with external agencies, schools, and community organizations as necessary.
* Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.

Client Advocacy and Education:
* Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the healthcare system.
* Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources.

Compliance and Ethics:
* Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in mental health practice.
* Stay current with best practices and industry trends.
*Qualifications:*
* - Master's degree in a relevant field (e.

* - State licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar credential.

* - Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
* - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.
