Contribute to development, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of recruitment and retention communication campaigns, targeted at prospects, applicants, and enrolled students.
Use analytical tools and other databases to assist with writing reports, performance charts and dashboards for the purpose of making evidence-based decisions concerning student recruitment, admission, and persistence.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently following established guidelines and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to identify and correct system issues, and capacity to analyze data and develop reports.

Some experience with building email templates, email marketing systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and email testing tools such as Litmus.
Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and image manipulation software.
Bachelor’s degree in education, computer sciences, information technology, business or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Conditions of Employment Given the nature of the positions in Student Engagement & Enrollment Services that provide support to student services and/or student-centered programs, the employee occupying this position may be required to work during a university closing as directed by his or her supervisor.
These instances may include working from a remote location (i.
e.
telework, etc.
).
