Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
Qualifications:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CAD experience is a plus
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a dental office is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
