As a Customer Service Rep on the Mosquito Joe team, a typical day for you will include: Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services Selling initial and recurring services to residents via inbound phone calls Proactively engaging existing customer base via outbound calls Setting up new customer accounts, processing orders and performing customer verifications Resolving customer complaints and maintaining confidentiality of personal information Bring your skills and achieve success.
(Required qualifications) Experience: 1 + year of customer service experience, phone sales experience preferred Skills: Strong customer service skills, high level of organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Education: High school diploma or GED Physical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds Bring your work ethic and gain stability.
