As a Customer Service Rep on the Mosquito Joe team, a typical day for you will include:
● Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
● Selling initial and recurring services to residents via inbound phone calls
● Proactively engaging existing customer base via outbound calls
● Setting up new customer accounts, processing orders and performing customer verifications
● Resolving customer complaints and maintaining confidentiality of personal information

_(Required qualifications)_
● *Experience: *1 + year of customer service experience, phone sales experience preferred
● *Skills: *Strong customer service skills, high level of organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
● *Education: *High school diploma or GED
● *Physical requirements: *Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
