CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Description: Position Overview: We are looking for an experience Client Care Representative who builds connection with customers, find solutions, and help people find what they're looking for.
Especially if people tell you that they love your voice and you could talk on the phone all day! Your teammates will cheer you on as you address customer concerns and get them the help they need.
Responsibilities: We believe customers should speak with real people - not phone robots.
