As a *Licensed Clinical Social Worker*, you will play a direct role in the treatment plan and execution for your patients daily.
You will assist in diagnosing, planning, and giving referrals to your patients during their treatment at our facilities.
*Requirements:* ·Associateship or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work program required.
·Registered or licensed to practice as a social worker in Norfolk, VA or able to get licensed to practice until January 1st 2022.
·COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status *Responsibilities: * ·Provide professional individualized treatment plans that support patients in achieving optimal recovery.
·Complete initial intake documentation for clients.
·Complete part of the clinical evaluation process with patients.
·Provide direct clinical services to clients.
·Complete all required reporting on the patient’s treatment record to the clinic management.
·Maintain accurate patient charts and complete necessary documentation on a daily basis throughout the course of treatment.
