Our Kitchen Manager oversees the major functions of the kitchen's environment.
They will be in constant communication with the Customer Service Managers and will maintain a relationship that enhances the productivity, while simultaneously creating a positive environment between the kitchen team and front counter team.
Lead team with best practices Demonstrate the ability to work in all positions and lead from a position Prepare food in adherence with Chick-fil-A policy and standards Conduct food safety checks Responsible for having catering orders ready and on time Responsible for avoiding food waste and for care of food service equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen Expectations *Reliability is essential to employee performance.

Care for and maintain food service equipment.

Demonstrate ability to close a shift and code end of shift items properly.
