Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the company
- Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance onsite, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration
- Maintain documentation
- Assist with inventory management, including stock control and ordering supplies
- Creates, updates, and maintains employee records
- Monitors and investigates incidents to prevent additional incidents from occurring
- Implements risk management/quality improvement/system risk assessment/root cause analysis
- Trains new and current employees
- On-call for emergencies
- Fill-in for shifts when needed
Experience:
- Previous leadership experience required
- At least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and report generation
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
Required:
- High School Diploma required
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance
