JR112537 Implementation Director
Responsible for end-to-end solutioning across business units workstreams for a portfolio of cross-service and diverse product offerings.
Responsible for leading and/or planning workstreams specific to business systems across the business unit’s implementation projects, for a portfolio of cross-service (multiple BU’s) product offerings both internal and external clients.
Location: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office).
The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Pulse Point office location.
Hours: Eastern time 8 AM-5 PM How will you make an impact: Acts as strategic counsel and planner to identify and solution for complex client requests for services and issues arising throughout the course of an Implementation project.
Leads, designs, and participates in various workstreams tied to project portfolio, responsible for supporting design discussions and delivering successful outcomes and operational readiness by ensuring end-to-end view and solutioning across functional and multiple business units.
Oversees and coordinates all operational readiness tasks and ensures performance guarantees and service level agreement metrics are developed and managed post implementation.
Provides strategic advisement before and during implementation.
Plans implementation timeline and milestones, tracks progress, monitors and communicates project status, identifies, and resolves issues utilizing pre-established governance and stakeholders for escalation and issue resolution.
Partner with leadership, Implementation, IT and Service Delivery Operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive progress on overall process improvements related to systems and integrations.
Minimum requirements: BA/BS degree in Healthcare Admin or similar field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in healthcare industry with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading workstreams an/or solutioning projects, experience in executive (C-suite) presentations; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills and Experiences: PMP, Healthcare operations and/or IT technical experience, preferred.
Knowledge in Payment Integrity and Subrogation in healthcare is preferred.
