Senior Chef Manager

Duties: - Plan and execute menus for daily meals, catering events, banquets, and special occasions - Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service operations - Develop and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu planning Skills: - Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation - Proven experience in food production, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting - Excellent knowledge of kitchen management principles and best practices - Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
