We are currently seeking applicants for a full time Team Lead that will be primarily managing production and customer service for their profit center, scheduling the work according to customer priorities and meeting daily/ weekly production goals, plan production and schedule required man hours.
The Team Lead is also responsible for warehouse, job set up, measuring, and tracking productivity, and quality control.
The lead will also be required to work on the production floor to include prepping, cleaning, wrapping, performing quality checks, sorting, testing, and packaging.
The lead will supervise direct labor associates and Direct Support Professionals.
The team lead will complete inventory, billing, and provide information to DSPs for associate documentation.
Qualifications:
Must have a High Scholl diploma or GED.
Clearance through criminal background investigation, drug screen, and acceptable DMV record.
Physical Requirements:
Free of tuberculosis in a communicable form.
Must be able to push and list up to 50lbs, bend through a full range of motion, and stand for two or more hours.
Knowledge of:
Working in a production or warehouse operation.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
Experience with individuals with disabilities including the ability to interact and communicate with individuals with disabilities.
Able to work in an industrial setting in an environment prone to high and low temperature fluctuations.
Knowledge of how to operate a fork truck and other industrial equipment.
