is seeking a dynamic VA Programs Management Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate Office in Norfolk, VA.
This role offers broad responsibility for operational support of various Virginia Services, including Residential, Center-Based and Non-Center Based Day Programs, and In-Home Supportive Living Programs.
*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards to achieve the agency's strategic goals.
* Identify current and emerging issues related to rehabilitative practices and implement evidence-based solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success.
* Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Monitor program outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
* Foster positive relationships with program participants, stakeholders, and community partners.
*Requirements:*
* VA DBHDS Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP).
* Valid VA Driver's License.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of behavioral health or social work principles and practices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
* Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus.
*Benefits:*
* Competitive compensation ranging from $50,000.
00 to $58,376.
