ADP is hiring a Project Manager, Field Business Analyst .
This position will align MAS Division Operations.
Assigned projects are of a relatively high level of complexity involving multiple departments, regions and operating systems.
The Project Manager - Field Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for developing processes and standard operating procedures, and analyzing data related to these projects and creating reports and Power Point presentations.
Re sponsible for gaining commitment, alignment and engagement on projects.
Effective project management and communication skills as well as in-depth knowledge of ADP products, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MAS departments, operating systems and procedures are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Majors Division Operations team is focused on large, strategic initiatives within the Business Unit.
Projects may change as new initiatives are assigned.
The Project Manager - Field Business Analyst will be responsible for designing and rolling out initiatives: Plans, oversees and leads the project/project plan for owned initiatives Reporting and data analysis of Strategic Initiative projects, primarily utilizing Tableau and Excel.
There may be times a data source does not exist, and the Project Manager will need to work with various ADP contacts to extract and consolidate the data.
Reports on the status of assigned projects, identifies actual or potential issues which may delay results or deliverables, and reports back to Sr.
Leadership via PowerPoint on program status and results.
Collaborates among various regional and corporate teams to analyze business requirements, create new processes, and roll out new or revised products, systems and procedures to the regional MAS offices.
Maintains project plan for each aligned initiative, ensuring project moves forward as outlined.
Works with owners to ensure work is being completed timely and any risk or obstacles are removed.
Provides updates on status of project to Senior Leadership.
Coordinates both internal and external communications with MAS Communications team, ensuring proper SLA's are met, communications are drafted, and proper client lists are provided.
Analyzes effectiveness of programs, systems and procedures, identifies potential problems, and takes ownership of resolution along with coordination with appropriate departments.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, regional operating systems and procedures, and go-to contacts in other departments QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in project or program management, with demonstrated project management experience involving projects with varying levels of complexity required.
Expert level knowledge of service and operations workflow methods, procedures and various ADP operating systems and departments essential.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with experience building presentations for Sr.
Leaders.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: At least 2 years Management experience Demonstrates broad awareness and understanding of Major Accounts strategic priorities and goals Strong verbal, written and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences required Effective analytical skills necessary.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across BU's and departments necessary PMP Certification Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
