Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Test Manager “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team.
This position supports the U.
S.
Navy in Norfolk, Virginia.
The Test Manager will oversee a team that reviews, evaluates, and conducts complex test specifications, test results, test trends and reports on those findings.
The Test Manager is responsible for determining the optimal approach for the testing of various products.
The Test Manager and their team will provide analysis of documented user requirements and directs or assists in the design of test plans in support of user requirements for moderately complex to complex software/ hardware (SW/HW) applications.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a test engineer.
Minimum of ten (10) or more years of experience in work involving U.
S.
Navy Business Systems.
Testing expertise for support of user requirements of SW/HW applications.
Participating in all phases of risk management assessments and SW/HW development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
Ensuring that test designs and documentation support all applicable client, agency, or industry standards timelines and budgets.
Contributing to study design development of testing (potentially in collaboration with government or other contractor team members), while simultaneously demonstrating an innovative ability to modify/adapt techniques to fit the situations and problems of interest.
Contributing to Designing, developing, and adapting mathematical, statistical, and other scientific methods and techniques to provide advice and insight about the probable effects of alternative courses of action.
Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data using various analytical methods and statistical techniques.
Provides daily oversight and program management of assigned study efforts and supporting team.
Developing and implementing test plans and test management plans.
Executing tests and reporting on testing status, including metrics on defects and testing progress.
Assists in developing and improving testing methodologies, tools.
Ensuring that testing conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by test results, and project managers are fully informed of testing status and application deviations from documented user requirements.
Reviewing user application system requirements documentation; designing, defining, and documenting unit and application test plans; transforming test plans into test scripts and executing those scripts.
Ensuring proper execution of test scripts and documentation of test results in test logs or defect tracking systems.
Developing Automated Test Plan and Strategies and ensuring Automated Test meet specified requirements.
Ensuring Testing meets specified quality compliance requirements in relation to defects identified and rework.
Software/Systems Engineering using Agile/SAFe methodologies, with the ability to tailor to a specific system engineering process and software development tools.
Use of Azure Dev Ops, Selenium, Dimensions, Katalon, CAMEO, ServiceNow.
Experience with software languages, applications, operating systems, frameworks, integrated data environments and other expertise.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Security Requirements: U.
S.
citizenship required.
Candidate must have an ACTIVE SECRET DoD security clearance.
