Are you looking to continue to help protect the Cyber Domain of the Submarine Force through cyberspace system accreditation and risk management? If so, Amentum may have the full-time, immediate position you are looking for, as a CSL Authority To Operate (ATO) Manager for submarines in the Atlantic Fleet.
Job responsibilities:
Provide support and evaluation to COMSUBLANT for the SubLAN Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process
Support Atlantic Fleet Submarines by reviewing all applicable documentation relevant to the Authority To Operate (ATO) process for accuracy and relevance, providing guidance and feedback as applicable based on current A&A policies
Monitor and track the progression of the A&A process for assigned units, ensuring they are aware of and able to meet prescribed deadlines
Advise and guide ISIC and shipboard IT Divisional sailors on A&A policies and references for ATO certification and maintenance
Maintain awareness of any change to applicable guidance or practice IAW with governing policies and ensure that information is formally provided to the boats in clear and concise language
Provide status and feedback of the A&A process for assigned units to Type Commanders as needed, ensuring there is awareness of identified or trending fleet deficiencies and difficulties, and include recommendations for improvement
Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years of full-time hands-on experience in the operation and/or maintenance of Submarine Network Systems, including:
SubLAN CANES
SubLAN COMPOSE 3/4 (SIPR/NIPR)
Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS)
Non-Tactical Data Processing System (NTDPS)
Host Based Security System (HBSS)
Global Command and Control - Maritime (GCCS-M)
Navy Information Application Product Suite (NIAPS)
Advanced information technology equipment and or major network administration systems on board US Naval Submarines or an equivalent civilian work experience outside of the military
Five (5) years of full-time management experience applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and structures to develop, implement, and maintain a secure Information Systems computing environment on U.
S.
Navy Ships/Submarine
This position has been designated as a DoD Information Assurance (IA) workforce position in Information Assurance Management Level I (IAM I) and as a condition of employment incumbents of this position are required to comply with the DoD IA workforce program requirements of DoD 8570.
01-M (or current revision/replacement)
Earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the DoD IA workforce Qualification Matrix associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties for the position to which assigned
Participate in a continuous learning program to maintain certification and provide a copy to COR or TPOC annually
Must have an active secret US government clearance.
Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance.
