Learning Pod Leader

Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate learning pods for students ages 11-17 - Implement engaging and interactive lesson plans - Assess student progress and provide individualized support as needed - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and curriculum leaders to ensure a cohesive learning experience - Utilize various instructional methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and student performance Requirements: - Knowledge of homeschool - Love of learning - Ability to promote critical thinking - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom - Proficiency in using technology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners - Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives Note: This is not a remote position.
Learning Pod Leaders will be required to work on-site at the designated learning location.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Internship Pay: $10.
