Manager, Drayage Operations
Cargomatic is seeking a capable Senior Manager, Drayage Operations to join our growing team.
This position is a unique opportunity to help drive growth through the optimization of our technology platform.

Job Duties
• Strong leadership ability required, including experience motivating staff and driving performance improvement
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all modes, including rail and drayage
• Ability to work successfully under pressure, including strong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Understand KPI’s and articulate how individuals contribute to team success
• Use operational expertise to drive broad improvements to our tools and methods
What You’ll Need
• 5+ years experience in drayage, transportation, and/or logistics
• Strong analytical skills
• DOT Rules/Regulations Knowledge
• Good communication skills are required (written and verbal)
• Experience with drayage pricing / rate negotiations
• Has worked with one or more transportation management system (TMS)
• Has worked with Microsoft Excel and Word extensively

The expected salary range for this role is $100,000 to $105,000.
The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law.
Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
