We seeking an insightful individual for a new Entry Level Assistant Manager role that serves as the single point of contact for our various clients.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will manage the development of marketing and customer service strategies to enhance the Account’s brand and expand its customer outreach.
You will report directly to Executive Management and will be responsible for supplying the account with superior customer service and revenue growth.
*Entry Level Assistant Manager Core Functions*:
* Cultivate a professional, trusting relationship with the account through consistent feedback, creative solutions to outreach challenges, and maintaining the integrity of their brand
* Ensure that every individual serving the account is aware and acting towards the long-term growth plan and implement regular daily communication strategies amongst the team
* Work with the customer service and business development teams to review customer feedback, market research, and personal experiences
* Development and implementation of marketing and customer success strategies
* Utilize industry-leading marketing and outreach techniques in order to deliver best-in-class customer support
* Business Development through partnerships with Upper Management and Customer Service Department to identify ways to bridge the gap between Account and Consumer
* Cultivate a strong partnership with the Customer Service Department to ensure complete customer satisfaction and compliance standards are being met for the account
* Leverage internal training resources to improve overall team production
*Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications*:
* 1-2 years of combined experience across account management, sales, customer service, and business consulting
* Proven track record of cultivating positive relationships amongst client accounts, co-workers, and management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close small and large deals
* Must have strong emotional intelligence and solution-oriented mindset in order to effectively manage teams and relationships across multiple departments
* Strong team commitment is critical to the success of this role and ensuring that all account goals and stipulations are met in a timely manner
* BA/BS or related military experience is preferred, but not required
