This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting world of sports event management.
The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of game-day operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for fans, players, and staff.
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* 1.
\*\*Game Day Logistics:\*\* - Assist in the coordination of all logistical aspects of game days, including setup, breakdown, and in-game operations.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of game-day plans.

\*\*In-Game Entertainment:\*\* - Collaborate with the entertainment team to plan and implement engaging in-game entertainment, including halftime shows, promotions, and fan interactions.
- Assist in the coordination of on-court activities and contests.
3.
\*\*Fan Engagement:\*\* - Contribute to the development and execution of fan engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of fan activations, giveaways, and sponsor-related activities.
4.
\*\*Player and VIP Experiences:\*\* - Support the coordination of player arrivals, meet-and-greets, and other VIP experiences.
- Ensure the smooth flow of pre-game ceremonies and player introductions.
5.
\*\*Arena Setup and Breakdown:\*\* - Assist in the setup and breakdown of the arena, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with venue staff to ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
6.
\*\*Game Operations Support:\*\* - Provide on-site support during games, including assisting with time-outs, game breaks, and other in-game activities.
- Assist in the coordination of game-related ceremonies and presentations.
7.
\*\*Customer Service:\*\* - Interact with fans to enhance their overall game-day experience.
- Address fan inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\* 1.
\*\*Event Management Enthusiast:\*\* - Interest in sports event management and game operations.
