Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for an Office Manager - Norfolk, VA The Office Manager position will be responsible for developing and implementing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, managing schedules, overseeing inventory control, delegating tasks, and supervising office staff.
You will organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures.
Responsibilities Serve as the point of contact person between management and corporate.
Manage contract database Maximo.
Create and download monthly PM schedules from Maximo Request necessary information from subcontractors, estimators, employees and anyone who needs access to government property.
Ensure that all items are invoiced in a timely manner.
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Position Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Familiarity with email scheduling tools.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Support Hours: Normal Duty Hours Place of Performance: The primary work location will be Norfolk, VA Travel: There is little to no travel expected on this contract Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, Paid Time Off, sick leave, 401k Retirement Savings plan with company match and more.
