Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
This position is working on a multi-year project for a major healthcare client.
This is a remote role.
Work you'll do/Responsibilities
You will determine processes and automation tools to reduce IT spend and increase efficiencies on multiple projects within the Healthcare domain.
You will facilitate the adoption and effective implementation of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies within the technical project team.
Guide and coach the development team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices to ensure understanding and adherence.
Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
You will help the team define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is refined, prioritized, and well-understood by all stakeholders.
Work closely with the product owner to ensure the team's understanding of product vision, goals, and requirements.
Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
Duties include promoting a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Track and communicate project progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and management.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience as Scrum Master.
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
5+ years' experience working with Agile principles, values, and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile tools and project management software.
5+ years in consulting
Strong knowledge of software development processes and technical project management concepts.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
5+ years' experience in healthcare domain
Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
