Strategos Training and Services specializes in non-personal support services, professional instruction, training analysis, training plan development, and curriculum development.
Strategos is seeking a Boat Instructor Site Leadin pursuit of a government contract.
*Performance Location:* Little Creek, VA *Site Lead Role:* In addition to performing instructor duties, shall provide overall management, supervision, and coordination of the daily production at the training location, and shall act as the local POC for the Government.
*Requirements:* · Be a qualified instructor in accordance with the specific requirements identified in the following sections.
Have 2 years of experience as an instructor delivering training.
· Have knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques · Have knowledge of computer technology application as it applies to instructional presentation and the use of classroom training aids.
· Possess above average communication skills and the ability to comprehend both verbal and written instructions.
Additionally, contractor instructors are expected to maintain the personal standards of technical and professional levels of competence that are at least equal to that of the Department of the Navy military personnel undergoing training.
*Qualifications:* · Have attended the Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) (A-012-0077) (or military service equivalent), · Academic credentialing (teacher/professor), or · Instructor training via an academic institution.
