Dispatcher/Customer Service Manager

*Arcadia Property Services *aims to provide full scale property services for Traditional & Short-Term Rental Property Managers from design and furnishing to renovations, upkeep and maintenance down the road.
The position of the *Office Manager* will be a crucial part of the team that we are adding and will have a diverse set of responsibilities that will be developed as we go with a startup feel.
As an Arcadia Office Manager, you will be responsible for the holy grail and lifeline of Arcadia, the *schedule*.
When done well, the lives of about 13-18 people are super smooth and the business hums.
*Our Requirements:* - Great communication skills - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Highly organized - Strategic and mental agility - Proficiency with GSuite (Google sheets, google docs, gmail, etc.
) - Experience in the hospitality industry or contracting (Preferred) *Responsibilities:* - Manage CRM (Housecall Pro) - Scheduling jobs in an efficient and orderly manner - Auditing completed jobs as needed throughout the day/week - Manage remote team members across day/evening shift - Main point of contact for new clients - Manage metric tracking of jobs - Large project tracking/management - Expense tracking for team members - Marketing and online presence development - Process development for new customer onboarding - Process development and training for administrative team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.
