Maintenance Supervisor

Arcadia Property Services aims to provide full-scale property services for Traditional & Short-Term Rental Property Managers from design and furnishing to renovations, upkeep, and maintenance down the road.
Arcadia is looking for an experienced and eager Supervisor who can lead a dynamic team while optimizing the business operations and implementing strategy to encourage the company’s growth.
*Job Responsibilities:* Overseeing the development and growth of our diverse service technicians (Maintenance and Landscaping) Training technicians in best practices for their respective fields Holding accountable all technicians to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Tracking KPI data and communicating findings to the Director of Operations Building accurate estimates in a timely manner as needed Creating plans for best operational and logistical practices and then ensuring their completion Maintain a vibrant company culture that drives performance among technicians Ensuring jobs are finished efficiently with quality workmanship Working with subcontractors and maintaining good relationships Work closely with Director of Operations, Administrative Team, and Estimates Manager Reporting issues with technician performance and providing instructive feedback to improve performance Maintain and improve upon accountability systems and data tracking Create and uphold safety procedures and training Managing technician expense tracking Work in the field as needed *Job Qualifications:* Experience leading teams of 5+ people (blue-collar experience preferred) Excellent leadership experience High in empathy & emotional capacity Excellent communication skills Ability to form good interpersonal relationships Experience implementing standard processes Experience building estimates in the fields of construction, residential or commercial maintenance, or trades Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
