Overview:
Responsible for leading the Mission Laser location in providing a world class customer experience, developing/maintaining a well-trained highly motivated team, and delivering profitable financial results.

We are hiring the Assistant Manager who will be trained and promoted to the General Manager position.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Recruit, interview, select, hire, and maintain a trained staff that can provide an amazing customer experience.
* Create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, and values of the organization.
* Lead the team during operational shifts ensuring customers are greeted as they arrive, games and events are kept on time, and that center revenue is maximized.
* Qualify customers into the correct package while being able to secure their deposits for events and future reservations.
* Maintain center correspondence to ensure all emails, phone calls and other means of messages are returned within a 24-hour period.
* Maintain and troubleshoot all technical equipment within the center.
* Track inventory for all supplies and complete orders as needed.
* Available to work a varied schedule to include afternoon, evening, night, and weekends.
* Hold staff accountable to company standards and expectations.
* Reconcile daily revenue to games played and maintain all monetary funds.
* Complete all banks deposits.
* Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid training.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.
00 per hour
