Operations Manager
Pay: $60,000 Annually + 15% Bonus Potential
Referral Bonus: For a limited time only, employees are eligible to earn up to $1000 per referral! Referral Period: Referrals must start between 10/15/2023 and 12/31/2023.
Bonus Payout: The bonus is paid out in 2 increments: $500 after the first 45 days of the referral’s employment, and another $500 after 90 days of their employment.

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to assist in leading delivery/distribution operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Specifically, the incumbent will ensure:
• Delivering in a timely and accurate manner packages to recipients
• Monitoring, verifying, communicating, responding to and acting upon the information generated from packages out for delivery as well as responding in a timely manner to requests for information or inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Following up on service issues, finding solutions and achieving resolution, closing out delivery day
• Building an operation that is capable of exceeding KPI’s, increasing volume and producing a profit.
• Sustaining LaserShip’s culture through actively developing people, delegating work, communicating fundamentals and monitoring performance as well as motivating, recognizing, and rewarding individuals and teams
• Establishing professional relationships and channels of communication with Independent Contractors that promote and support the goals of the business.
• Implementing standard processes and procedures
In addition to a robust skill set that includes the ability to work independently, problem solve and communicate effectively, the ideal candidate will possess:
• 2 years related management experience, preferably in a logistics environment.
• Ability to lead others.
• Effective at meeting deadlines
• Experience with hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and completing performance evaluations for employees.
• Strong computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• BA/BS in business or related discipline (Preferred)
• Strong Distribution Background is a plus.
