The Hope Academy staff work every day to create a caring and safe environment for our students, aged 6-weeks to 5th grade.
We are looking for an Early Childhood Center Director
(School Director) who share our passion in the overall care and education of our little ones! Use your background in early childhood education to grow our school programs, develop the staff, and provide support at both the administrative and leadership levels!

The Early
Childhood Education Director (Preschool Director) is directly accountable for the overall operational management in accordance with well-established guidelines including curriculum development, staff and facilities management, marketing, budgetary considerations, and long-range planning.
The ideal School Director (Early Childhood Education Director) ensures that the needs of the students and the goals of the center are met appropriately and in a Christ like fashion.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree, a strong background in growing and managing an early childhood school, and experience in recruiting and retaining staff.

*Position Requirements:*
● Bachelor’s Degree (education field preferred)
● Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
● 5+ years of experience overall preferred
● Administrative and bookkeeping experience required
