DIN Supervisor

Title: DIN Supervisor Agency: VP OF ADMIN AND FINANCE Location: Norfolk, VA FLSA: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: Full Time or Part Time: Additional Detail Job Description: Provide field supervision and leadership to the Do It Now Crew (DIN) in responding to customer needs while also performing various maintenance tasks.
The Do It Now crew will provide 24/7 support at ODU and scheduling will be a vital part of this position.
Skills within the DIN crew will be multi discipline and not specialized with cross training being required.
To perform inspections of equipment and make minor repairs or adjustments and needed to equipment and provide technical guidance to staff as needed to ensure equipment is maintained properly.
Minimum Qualifications: Considerable knowledge in one or more of the following trades: HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing.
Working knowledge of overall general maintenance in the HVAC, electrical and plumbing fields.
Working knowledge of trade hand tools used in testing electrical devices and aligning shafts and pumps, etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks such as setting work schedule, ordering material, supervision, and providing assistance to staff.
