Job Description
To provide maintenance services, supervision of staff and ensure that security is maintained to designated University residence halls and apartments while maintaining inventory of all furnishings, managing the work order program of all maintenance activities and documentation of all related activities in order to insure a positive environment coinciding with implementation of goals and guidelines as established by Old Dominion University and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Special licenses, registration or certification Valid Virginia drivers license and an insurable record.

with strong supervisory experience.
Additional Considerations (supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification) License as journey or master in the skilled trades area.
Training in structural, electrical, HVAC and plumbing or equivalent work experience.
