Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life of a Financial Analysis Manager:
As a Financial Analysis Manager for Liberty Military Housing, you are responsible for financial reporting, operational reporting, and budgeting.
Your role requires attention to detail and excellent data analysis skills while working effectively with interrelated groups, including Accounting, Construction, Asset Management, Risk Manager, and Property Management.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on operational metrics and financial performance, enabling informed decision-making
Prepare monthly financial review files and participate in monthly and quarterly financial reviews
Contribute to developing and preparing annual budget templates and assist with creating operational budgets
Prepare monthly Flash Report files for all Navy and Marine Corps regions
Developing process documentation for a variety of Finance and Operational procedures
Build templates for new reporting requests and train end-users
Ad Hoc reporting including but not limited to work orders, Satisfacts, and financial performance
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts within the Finance and Operations teams
Assists with Finance team member training
Qualifications:
What You Need For Success:
Technological capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills including mastery of advanced formulas and functions, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX formulas, and VBA Macros are required
Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and the ability to construct reports from the ground up
Adaptable, strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Property Management and Yardi experience is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Applicant must be detail-oriented, ability to ensure accuracy of work
Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicate with multiple team members, internal clients, and external clients
Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Minimum 5 years Financial Analysis or equivalent experience

Pay Range $82,000 - $105,000 annually plus bonus
