Lead Automotive Technician

As a Lead Automotive Tech you will be called upon to service a broad range of vehicle repair issues and for quickly identifying the cause of performance problems, with a focus on transmission R&R and diagnostics.
You will be called upon to be the "go to guy".
\*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE REMOVING AND REPLACING TRANSMISSIONS AND PROFICIENT WITH DIAGNOSING TRANSMISSION/VEHICLE ISSUES.
\* Position Responsibilities * Total Car Care & Preventative Maintenance * Assist other technicians in performing technical activities * Explain problems discovered during vehicle inspection to service writers and technicians * Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques * Professionally record findings so that repairs costs are accurately estimated * Vehicle diagnostic experience required * Be able to problem solve and diagnose "problem" vehicles What We Offer * Competitive compensation packages based upon experience * Rotating Saturday's and flexible scheduling opportunities.
