Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
* Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Drive employee engagement through effective communication and recognition programs.

Qualifications:
* Proven HR management experience in nursing home environment
* Experience in payroll
* Strong understanding of employment laws.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
