Description:
The Corporate Growth Staffing and Recruiting Manager plays a pivotal role in Prevailance's growth strategy by meticulously analyzing staffing requirements for potential opportunities.
Working closely with the Corporate Growth Officer, the Manager crafts recruiting strategies to secure top talent.
Key responsibilities include developing position descriptions and job listings, nurturing relationships with potential hires, and contributing to Prevailance's proposals, particularly the staffing plan.
· Analyze potential opportunities identified by the Corporate Growth Officer
· Develop comprehensive position descriptions and compelling job listings for potential employees needed to support awarded opportunities
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential future employees
· Create and maintain call lists
· Assist in the development of Prevailance’s proposals, with a focus on the staffing plan
Requirements:
· Previous service as a Navy Officer, Chief Petty Officer, or Petty Officer with a solid understanding of Navy organization and the skill sets within various enlisted ratings and officer communities
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Ability to multitask and excel in rapidly evolving team environments
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of Navy experience
· Service as an officer or senior Navy enlisted in a technical rating (Combat Systems or Engineering)
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree (Degree requirement may be waived for applicants with 20 years of experience)
· High School Graduate
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
