DSP Team Lead

The Team Lead will work under the direction of the House Manager and will perform the following duties: * Complete monthly audits on all documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations * Must have flexibility * Provide staff training to ensure all staff are performing their duties according to their job description * Provide a Person Centered Approach to all residents * Ensure the overall health and safety of all residents in the home * Monitor the staff schedule and ensure all shifts are covered, including working any open shifts when needed * Ensure that the activities are scheduled, planned and implemented for the household and, posted for staff/Individual/family review.
* Provide oversight of all documentation to ensure accuracy of MARS, Progress Notes, Daily Logs, Incident Reports, etc * Accompany staff and residents on community outings when needed * Administer medications as prescribed * Assist the House Manager with Transporting residents to doctor appointments, dental, psych appointments and other med appointments as needed * Must be CPR and Medication Administration Certified * Perform other Team Lead duties as required Hide Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.
