Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: - Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the business - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience - Train and supervise employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures - Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development - Communicate effectively with team members and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise - Manage inventory, including stock levels, pricing, and restocking as needed - Assist with sales management, including monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to increase revenue - Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols Requirements: - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management - Experience in team management or leadership role preferred - Multilingual skills are a plus - Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
