As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will assist in menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the smooth operation and adherence of our kitchen and menu systems.

Duties: - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations - Assist with catering events as needed - Assist in menu planning and recipe development Requirements: - Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen equipment operation - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required -Must have your own transportation.
