They will be a senior level manager within the company who has a minimum of twenty (25) years of U.

Navy experience, including demonstrated management experience or project level management in shipboard operations and major systems.
Requirements: 25 years of U.
S.
Navy experience as a Surface Warfare Officer Former Commanding Officer of a U.
S.
Navy Surface Ship Experience at the Major Command Level to interact with Flag Officers and ACOS Strongly Desired: 1) Served as Major Command Commanding Officer of a Surface Ship 2) Experience as an Inspector for the U.
S.
Navy Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) 3) Served as a Senior Inspector at INSURV 4) Experience as an inspector at the Afloat Training Group or TYCOM staff focusing on Pre-INSURV preparations Education: High School Graduate or equivalent Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET clearance Prevailance, Inc.
