Overview:
Spathe Systems is seeking an Accountable Property Project Manager for a Naval Special Warfare Command customer.

Responsibilities:
Shall provide on-site property management support, APSR subject matter experts (SMEs), continuous APSR training and implementation support, policy application expertise, assistants and advisors to government accountable property managers across the NSWC Force from NSWC headquarters enterprise down to the forward deployed user locations.
Qualifications:
Ten (10) years’ experience providing logistics support to users of major DoD systems and/or logistics operations.
Ten (10) years’ experience with the deployment, use, and training with APSR peripheral equipment such as handheld terminals (HHTs), tethered scanners, signature pads, and specific label printers, or similar AIT equipment.
Ten (10) years’ DoD experience with accountable property cataloging actions with expertise in Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS), SOCOM Catalog Request Module (SOCM), Equipment Management Interface (EMI), and Federal Logistics Data (FED LOG).
Ten (10) years’ DoD experience with executing requisitions and troubleshooting challenges within government Logistics IT systems with at least five (5) years’ experience in executing and troubleshooting challenges in the DPAS ICP module for both Major Force Program 2 (MFP-2) and Major Force Program 11 (MFP-11) equipment, material, and supplies.
Fifteen (15) years’ DoD experience with managing and implementing the unique requirements encompassing the accountability of Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) to include such items as inventory for resale, spare and repair parts, and clothing and textiles.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
Possess excellent work ethic, verbal, and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
Possess a valid passport.
Can maintain a professional bearing and be able to communicate tactfully with both military and civilian personnel.
Perform data entry on computers utilizing current versions of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other related programs.
Maintain a clean workspace.

Schedule:

A typical duty day is from 0800 to 1700.
Travel:
Travel CONUS and OCONUS to NSWC activities for up to a two-week period by Government or commercial conveyance, as required.
