The Kitchen Director is a great opportunity for the right leader.

Responsibilities
· This position is hands on day-to-day operations inside the restaurant.
· Develop a culture of CARE that promotes accountability, effective communications, excellence customer service, teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, and mutual respect.
· The Kitchen Director will need to know and understand all aspects of the restaurant.
· The Kitchen Director is responsible and leading the Back of House Leadership Team.
· Maintain the continued training of all current team members and work directly with the Operating Partner and the Executive Leadership Team
· Complete all required administrative paperwork such as creating systems and processes, Food Safety requirements, Food Cost, Labor Cost, and Inventory management.
· Meet and check-in with the Leaders on-going bases.
· Evaluate team members performance of positions alongside the leadership team.
· Work directly with Operating Partner and the Executive Leadership team to ensure the Food Quality, meeting up to standards.
· Have an understanding in financial management of the restaurant at all times including inventory management order change fund, labor cost and food cost.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in training and developing a team (restaurant setting preferred).
Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
Detailed-oriented/organized.
