Solid wood frame construction and sofa is in solid condition structurally.
Outside dimensions: 84" long x 38" deep
Inside dimensions (sitting area): 64" long x 22" deep
Seat and back cushions have some pilling of the upholstery on one side but are reversible and the other side is unused.
Very good used condition and from a no-smoking, non-pets home.
