Queen mattress and bed frame w/headboard and footboard, EC - $140 (Virginia Beach)

Bed is in excellent condition, although the mattress has one area of a stain from a spill.
It was cleaned and stain spotted but you can still see the area.
Otherwise, perfect.
Mattress is wrapped completely in plastic mattress bag and deal includes bed frame, headboard and footboard.
No boxspring.
It's either an 8" or 10" foam/spring hybrid and more on the firm side.
Very comfortable.
This is at my climate controlled storage unit and I can meet by appointment as long as you are good with the price and have $140 to buy everything when we meet.
Bought everything for $290 so the HUGE discount is already applied.
I don't mind if we set it up, as long as the mattress stays in it's plastic bag.
I will consider selling the mattress only for $100, bed frame/headboard/footboard for $100.
Rather sell as a set, so prices higher to separate.
I also have a newer, clean comforter if you want it for $10 more.
$150 for a complete bed set and comforter.
Nice modern design frame and again, very clean overall and no rips.
You have to pick up at my storage place.
It is Extra Space Storage near I-64 and Greenbrier Parkway.
**Note; there is a memory foam pad below the mattress.
