*Dynamic is looking for legal-load flatbed drivers and also experienced heavy-haul drivers to join our growing team.
*Dynamic is also seeking candidates that have experience with machinery moving and rigging, _*or willing to learn.
*_ *Drivers must also perform rigging duties.
*Transportation routes typically consist throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Typical out of town time will consist of travel for 3-5 days and back home for 2-3 days.
*If you do not have experience, we will provide training for the right candidate.

*Responsibilities:*
· Safely and efficiently load, secure, and deliver oversize and overweight project cargo
· Be able to load and unload machinery as needed
· Ability to read and understand maps, permits, and routing
· Knowledge of state laws for oversize loads and pilot car requirements
· Knowledge of Hours of Service and use of ELD’s
· Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
· Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
· Critical thinking problem solving skills
· Ability to work independently and apart of the team
· Willingness to learn, take instructions, and be challenged
*Required Qualifications:*
· Valid Class A CDL
· Clean MVR and clean inspection record
· 1 year commercial driving experience
· 18 speed transmission experience
· Pre-Employment qualifications and drug screening
*Preferred Qualifications:*
· OSHA 10 or 30 certification
· Experience with modular, hydraulic, multi-axle, and RGN trailers
· Machinery moving (jack and slide, hydraulic jacks, all-terrain forklifts) and rigging experience for loading and unloading project cargo
· Working knowledge of industry practices and regulations including state specific requirements (Mid-Atlantic region)
· Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
· Experience with pilot cars
· Critical thinking problem solving skills
· Mechanical maintenance and repair of class 8 tractors and trailers
· Welding and torch service work
