We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland.
The Fleet Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our fleet of small economy cars, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and allocation to meet customer demand and optimize fleet utilization.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive fleet management processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, permits, and safety regulations.
- Supervise a team of drivers and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
