About the Opportunity:
Our Patient Representatives are the backbone of our clinics.
They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently.
Our PRs have a direct impact on our patient’s overall experience and are providing world class customer service.
The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance.
What You Will Need:
1-3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads
Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
