As a Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers.
Your main duties will include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
- Market to potential client sources via social media and in person
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicating the benefits of our products or services
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective goals
Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or field
- Familiarity with cloud based data entry and lead management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to enter customer information into a database accurately
Requirements:
- Must have sales experience, either in moving industry or similar call center sales experience.
Retail sales experience that is not commission based or sales goal based is not applicable.
- Must be able to perform basic computer functions
Hours will vary, but general time frame for all sales agents is 8 to 5 pm, Mon thru Fri and 930 to 130 on rotating Saturdays.
