The Courtyard Cottage is an 800 square foot 1-bedroom beach cottage that faces our Courtyard with 25-foot tall Crepe Myrtles.
The beach is 30-feet away and access is provided over our private wood walkways which will take you through the courtyard to the hot tub, deck dining area, sitting area around the Poseidon fountain, outdoor beachfront recreational kitchen, more beachfront decks and picnic table and the bayfront pergola.
The cottage contains a large living room, full size kitchen, large bedroom and comfortable bathroom.
The Courtyard Cottage is a part of our Poseidon property that was constructed in 1904.
The cottage features refrigerator with ice-maker, large laundry room for additional storage, washer/dryer, custom floors, ceiling fans, large screen smart TV in bedroom and living room and its own courtyard deck.
There is also a sauna for your use that is shared with our the next door rental
There are a total of 5 cottage rentals on this beach resort that are available from October 1 through March 30.
These are 1 high-end, custom beach vacation rentals that are now are available for rent during the off-season.
The properties are on the beach in Willoughby and they are not part of an apartment complex.
Rent includes all utilities (water sewer, electric/hear/air, cable television and wifi), linens, and housewares.
They are professionally decorated and fully furnished (all rental have sleeper sofas in addition to king size beds in bedrooms).
The fully equipped kitchen feature full-size oven, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster and every item need for a comfortable stay.
The rentals also include washer/dyer in every rental, ceiling fans, individually controlled central heating/cooling systems, 2-inch TV's, and there is plenty of parking.
The Other Rental Cottages:
The Loft rental has a 400 square foot deck that has views of the Chesapeake Bay.
The cottage has a wrap around porch and decking.
These are both 2 bedroom rentals located at our Beach Cottage property at 900 W Ocean View Avenue and lease for $2,500 per month.
The loft has 1,000 square feet of living space and the ground floor cottage has 1,200 square feet of living space.
Our Poseidon property has three 1-bedroom rentals.
There is a Carriage House (600 square feet), a Court Yard Cottage (800 square feet) and a Beachfront rental (1,200 square feet with sauna and fireplace) there.
Depending on the unit rates are $2,000 per month
Both properties are historical beach cottage properties that are over 100-years old.
We have restored them and have maintained the original ambience and authenticity of these places.
They are charming and original wood floors where we could salvage them (but all have wood floors whether they are 100 years old or new), wainscotting, and plaster walls
The properties are side-by-side and share common spaces that includes extensive outdoor seating and landscape areas, Bocce Ball Court, Horse Shoe Pit, Corn Hole, large seating deck around a fountain, beachfront recreational kitchen with running water, hot tub, and beachfront pergola
Our neighborhood is centrally located and served with 2 interstate interchanges for I-64.
We are 10-minutes from the Little Creek, Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk International Airport, Old Dominion University, Downtown Hampton, and Hampton University.
We are less than 15 minutes away from Downtown Norfolk, Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk State University and Eastern Virginia Medical School
