Unit amenities include semi-private decks, wood floors, modern interiors (most 1 and 2-bedroom units feature wood floors, built-in microwave ovens, dishwashers, ceramic tile wainscoting, and built-in microwave ovens), ceiling fans, and eat-in kitchen.
1 bedroom ($1,400) and 2-bedroom ($1,700).
For only $100 per month we can add a washer/dryer to any 2 bedroom unit.
We also have a well equipped laudry room that is clean and modern for our residents that dont want a washer/dryer in their home

One cat permitted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $30 per month pet rent or 1 dog up to 20 pounds when fully grown with $500 nonrefundable pet fee and monthly pet rent of $50.

We require a minimum credit score of 650 and verifiable household income of at least 3-times the rental rate
