Maintains aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records.
Proficient performing all operator, data entry and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping.
Performs networking functions between individual stations, including analysis and correction of errors caused by software, hardware, or data entry.
Transmits and receives data via floppy disk, modem, and other electronic means.
Extracts data, formulates and interprets management reports, creates archives, backups, and data saves in support of military deployments and detachment operations.
Performs a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing, and typing, performing data base and systems analysis.

Optimized-Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA), Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis (NALDA), Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Services Command (NATEC) Ad-Hoc reporting as approved by the COR.
Certify entries in Aircraft/Engine Logbooks Performs duties for Organizational “O” Level maintenance.
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance support documentation for H-60 Aircraft Aircraft maintenance action documentation via logs, records, forms, and electronic means Technical Directive compliance entries Maintain Aircraft, Engines, and SE Logbooks Dispersed Technical Publications Librarian (work center), as applicable.
Utilize NALCOMIS/OOMA to maintain aircraft forms and records as required.
Process readiness documents, maintain the aircraft configuration status accounting program and verify aircraft utilization reports.

Navy Aviation Maintenance Administration man (AZ) “A” School or three (3) years relevant military experience Must be able to work flexible schedule as required.
Must be able to provide maintenance support for actual SAR missions within two hours of notification for weekends, holidays, and before/after normal services hours as required.
Shall be able to travel in support of detachment operations as required.
Must be eligible for Common Access Card (CAC) Other Requirements: Must be able to become eligible for a Secret Security Clearance U.
